SHIPPING

Our shipping fees are determined by your geographical location:

Europe: 14 € (up to 1 kg) 42 € (up to 14 kg)

Outside Europe: 18 € (up to 1 kg) 76 € (up to 14 kg)

We make an effort to be able to ship our goods to as many countries as possible, and in the event your country is not listed for shipment please contact us at +45 39 56 15 55 or at shop@brdr-kruger.dk. We will do our best to accommodate your wish.

GENERALLY

We ship goods by parcel post in order to make it possible to track the parcel in the event of problems. The goods are insured during shipment and we ask you to please check the content of the parcel upon reception.

Any complaints for Post Danmark Logistik A/S in the event of visual parcel damage or complete or partial loss of parcel content should be made immediately upon receipt. In the event of invisible parcel damage, complaints should be made to Post Danmark Logistik A/S within 7 days from receipt not counting Sundays and public holidays.

Claims in connection with delay of parcel should be made in writing by the receiver no later than 21 days from parcel delivery or report of parcel to receiver.

We always make sure to package goods carefully in order to minimise shipping damage.

DELIVERY TIME

At brdr-kruger.com we aim for a speedy delivery of goods and ship all orders within approx. 10 working days. In the event of delays on the side of Post Danmark, brdr-kruger.com can, however, not be held responsible. In the event of substantial delays or absent deliveries, brdr-kruger.com ships a new delivery free of charge.

RIGHT TO RETURN

Brdr-kruger.com offers a 14 days right to return in force from the day you receive the goods. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. Once we receive the goods and approve their return the purchase amount will be transferred to your account. Refunds are only made to credit cards used to purchase goods in order to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to keep the post office receipt as documentation that the goods have been shipped. Return of goods takes places at your own account.

COMPLAINTS

All goods are subject to the rules in the Danish Sale of Goods Act on a 2 year right to complain. The right to complain means that customers are able to complain about errors and defects that have arisen within 2 years from the purchase of goods.

The right to complain does not cover errors, defects and wear as a result of misuse, improper care or regular wear.

When an agreement has been reached with regard to the complaint, brdr-kruger.com will pay any shipping fees in connection with the complaint.

PURCHASE OF GOODS

Once you have selected your goods and placed them in the shopping basket, please enter your personal information including name, address and payment details. You will subsequently receive an order conformation by e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.

As soon as payment has been approved and the goods are registered in stock you will receive an order confirmation.

GOODS OUT OF STOCK

In the event a requested article is out of stock, please contact us at shop@brdr-kruger.dk. A service assistant will then inform you of your options including our waiting list, a possible repeat order or will offer you a corresponding article that you may find interesting.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS.

The amount will be deducted from your account once the goods are shipped from our stock. All prices at brdr-kruger.com are listed in Euro and are inclusive 25% VAT.

Brdr-kruger.com has taken measures to ensure a safe transaction process and all communications between our payment system and cardholders take place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS has access to your data. Your data exchange in connection with purchases is not available to brdr-kruger.com or other unauthorized parties.
